Bati Group’s project department shipped a powerplant to Tunisia from Turkey. The shipment totalled 300mt and 2,750 cbm with origin Eregli, Turkey and destination Rades, Tunisia.
This door to port shipment was quite challenging for Bati due to an unballenced center of gravity (COG) and a lack of lifting points.
However, the engineers and project executives of Bati got together and figured out everything within a limited amount time. The Operation took Bati 6 days in total during a national holiday in Turkey.
