The subway metro network in and around Copenhagen in Denmark is undergoing a rather big expansion and for that purpose, two massive tunnel boring machines have been deployed for this highly specialized task.
Now it is time for them to return to Italy for refurbishment and Ocean7 Projects has been entrusted the safe transport by sea. This photo shows the loading of the two machines on board MV Eemslift Nelli in Copenhagen involving heavy lifts up to 145 tons.
