Loading cargo with direct discharge from the main vessel to the barge needs a lot of coordination.
With this job, just like all project logistic jobs, pre-planning is key. Engineering the load-out plan, getting equipment to the barge for the barge preparation, placing the barge alongside the vessel at the time of vessel arrival are just a few steps Project One had to take. Barge jobs need weeks of preparation and technical knowledge.
