This is the first 3 out of 5 generators to be installed at Johannesburg’s largest landfill site for the conversion of methane gas to electricity. Total capacity for this renewable energy site will be 5MW, enough to power up to 5000 households.
Scope of work: Freitan Logistics received the goods under hook in Durban, and after arranging customs clearance, arranged for delivery to the site around 650 km away.
