What made this move interesting: Tugboats were delayed for months and DT Project received a 3 weeks notice to ship them out of Turkey. Then once the tugboats were loaded and vessel was in route to their destination DT Project received a 911 call from the customer asking for a barge to be picked up in the UK and to make it happen within 5 working days since vessel was in Brest. The request was satisfied in a timely manner without a hick-up and cargo was delivered to Montreal 1 week before the due date.

Lifting plan for the barge (no DWG with CoG was been provided)
Building of a supportive structure for the barge
