Dr. Jovencio Cuanang, president and founder of Pinto Art Museum in Antipolo City, with support and contributions from local artists and Ilocos Norte Local Government Unit, curated the country’s first underwater sculpture museum in Currimao, Ilocos Norte. More than works of art, these beautiful sculptures will also serve as artificial reefs, restoring and protecting the damaged cove once decimated by illegal fishing and human activity.
