For more than 3 years now ISTAMCO has been delivering equipment, food and vehicles to the Minusma forces located in Gao, Mali. Since 2012, the northern part of Mali has been under the influence of the Aqmi Islamist group and threatened by many rebels’ organizations. To maintain peace in the region, UN forces have been sent there, but need some infrastructure and provisions. ISTAMCO assists them with such by trucking all the material arriving in Dakar to Gao.
