As early as next week, the first regular train will start rolling under First Row Shipping & Logistics AB’s auspices. Plans for expansion are already underway and the requests are numerous.
The terminal is located in the heart of Umeå harbour, strategically located midway between Wasaline s ROPAX ferry and the container quay. Together with Umeå’s other facilities, we form a well-thought-out logistics network that not only supplies our local region but also the whole of northern Sweden, Norway and Finland. Something that benefits both existing companies and the new industrialization that is currently taking place. In addition, the door opens for an even more environmentally friendly transport chain that promotes intermodal transport.
