One of the largest Engineering Procurement and Construction companies in the world contracted M-STAR Projects from Rotterdam (NL) to deliver the required technical equipment to Thailand. The total volume of this equated to about 7000 CBM. These technical pieces of equipment were sourced from China, Germany, Italy, and Vietnam.
The scope of work undertaken by the projects and operations team at M-STAR Projects includes road transportation, port handling, heavy-lift sea transport, customs clearance, and marine surveyance.
Because of very strict time frames and deadlines for the deliveries to Thailand, it was a serious challenge to connect all modalities within the supply chain in an optimal way.
