The backpressure turbine had dimensions of 610 x 420 x 320 cm.
What made this project special was the customer’s sustainable business model to produce paper without cutting down trees, co-generate green energy with the steam turbine and recycle water from industrial processes.
For one single ton of paper produced, about 250 CBM of water is required. Through investments on new technologies on this equipment, the recycling of the very same 250 CBM of water, can reach a 92% level of recycling.
FOX Brasil’s project team intensively worked on the complete planning and execution for the road transportation, from the shipper up to the port of loading.
