Logistic experts Almroths chose Norrköping for its large scale investment.
The goal is to construct a sustainable logistics center, which will become an environmentally friendly up-and-coming challenger amongst the e-commerce giants. The venture is expected to open up a large amount of job opportunities.
The purpose of the logistics center is to gather and coordinate more than one hundred larger and smaller e-retailers’ warehouse inventory management and transports in a sustainable e-commerce flow.
The center is planned to be built in Klinga, and the logistics location as well as the possibilities for provision of manpower, were two of the most important factors when choosing Norrköping.
Almroths will initially build a warehouse, with potential to be expanded to. Construction is set to be completed in 2020-2021.
